Front Office
Take prior-auth and front-office load off your plate.
You run the practice. RE:Mind Your Practice handles the repetitive front-office work around TMS so your team stops chasing paperwork and starts moving patients through.
Start Front Office $297/moThe front office eats your day
Prior authorizations, insurance follow-up, reminders, no-show gaps, and the same intake questions over and over. It all lands on the practice manager. RE:Mind Your Practice is built to carry that repetitive load so your staff can focus on the patients in front of them.
- Prior-auth tracking so nothing sits forgotten in a stack.
- Front-office reminders and follow-up handled on a schedule, not from memory.
- Fewer dropped balls between the front desk and the treatment room.
- One place to see what is waiting, what is stuck, and what is done.
What it does for you
Prior-auth off your desk
Keep every authorization visible and moving instead of buried in a pile or a shared inbox.
Reminders that run themselves
Patient reminders and internal follow-ups go out on schedule so your staff is not the reminder system.
Fewer gaps in the day
Catch no-show and follow-up gaps early so the schedule stays full and treatment stays on track.

Who built it
Damon Rolnick is a TMS coordinator who runs NeuroStar every day. He grew a TMS practice from 2 to 3 patients a day up to 10 to 12 patients a day, then built the software he wished he had at the front desk. He also writes a newsletter for TMS practices that is now 19 issues in. This is a tool made by someone who has actually done the front-office job, not a vendor guessing at it.
FAQ
Does this replace my staff?
No. It removes the repetitive tracking and follow-up work so your staff spends their time on patients instead of paperwork.
Is this only for TMS?
It is built around a TMS front office because that is the work Damon does every day. The prior-auth and reminder workflow fits most psychiatric and neuromodulation practices.
What does it cost?
The Front Office plan is $297 per month. You can cancel anytime.
Do you have case studies or testimonials?
Not yet. This is early and honest about it. What you get is a tool built by a coordinator who ran the front desk and grew a practice, not borrowed marketing claims.
