Who I am

I am Damon Rolnick, a TMS coordinator who runs a NeuroStar system every day. I have spent years on the clinic side of interventional psychiatry: intake, scheduling, patient questions, insurance, and the daily reality of keeping chairs full.

At one practice I helped grow the TMS side from 2 to 3 patients a day up to 10 to 12 patients a day. I built the RE:Mind Your Practice tools and I write a newsletter for practices like yours that is now 19 issues in.

I am not a billing company or an agency. I am someone who has done this work inside a clinic and built software to make it easier.

No. I help you build a cleaner workflow and understand where Spravato claims get denied. Your billing team or biller still submits. The goal is fewer rejections, not replacing your staff.

Are the reviews real?

Yes. Everything is built to ask real patients for real feedback at the right time. I do not write, buy, or fake reviews.

Are you a clinician?

No. I am a TMS coordinator on the operations side, not a prescriber or therapist. I run the day to day of an interventional psychiatry practice and I build the tools around it.

Do you only work with TMS clinics?

My background is TMS with NeuroStar, but the same problems show up in Spravato programs: education, reviews, and messy billing. That overlap is exactly why this page exists.
