Who is behind this

I am Damon Rolnick. I coordinate a neuromodulation practice and run NeuroStar TMS every day. I took one TMS practice from 2 to 3 patients a day up to 10 to 12 patients a day by fixing the operations, not by adding clinical services.

I write a practice-operations newsletter with 19 issues so far, and I build the software that RE:Mind Your Practice runs on. I am not a billing company and not a consultant selling a big retainer. I know the daily work of running one of these clinics because I do it.

No. I help you set up the operations and workflow so your billing has a clean process behind it. If you need a dedicated biller, I can tell you what to look for.

What does the call cost?

Are you a clinician?

No. I am a TMS coordinator who runs the equipment and the daily operations, and I build software for practices. I do not give clinical or medical advice.
